That we, the co- promoters shall 8et the accounts audited within six months after the end of every financial year by a practlclng cha,tered accountant and shall produce a statement of account5 duly certified and signed by such practicing chartered accountant and it shall be verified durinE the audit that the amounts collected for a particular proiect have been utilised forthe project and the withdrawal has been in compliance with the proportion to the percentage ofcompletion of the project 7. That we, the co- promgters shall take all the pendinS approvals on time, from the compelcnt authorities. 8. That we, the co- promote6 shall lnform the authority regarding all the changes that have occurred in the information furnished under suEsection (2)ofsection 4 of the Act and under rule 3 of these rules, withln seven days oI the said changes occurrinS. 9.
