As per prevailing rules & regulations of the banking laws. The Om Sai
Buildcon has executed an agreement cum loan hypothecation in favour of
State bank of India By Virtue of Hypothecation agleement of the company
as hypothecated companies stocks & receivables in favour of the State bank
Of India for the project SAI SHILP RESIDENCY under the company M/s. Om
Sai Buildcon devided in three phase wise SAI Shilp Resideny - POOJA , SAI
Shilp Resideny - BHAKTI , SAI Shilp Resideny - PRASAD.,being area
admeasuring 2171.62 sqmtr. from out of the S. No. 46311+46316+46317 I
A, Plot No.3 to 10, situated at Village Nashik Tapovan Road, Tal & Dist.
Nasik. Within the limits of Nasik Municipal Corporation, Nasik for Securing
Term lrall granted the company of Rs. 1,70,00,000/, ( Rs. One Crore
Seventy lakhs only ) have been disbursed by the bank.
      In additional security to secure tlre loan liability ot State Bank Of
lndia & Equitable Mortgage of t.I'e properties of the company situatcd al
Nasik where in the Project is executed bearing S. No.463/ I +463/ 6+46317 /
A, Plot No. 3 To 10 area 2171.62 sqmtr together with construction
thereupon has also been oflered by way of equitable mortgage duly executed
by deposit of Tit.le Deeds with the Bank.
