of real estate projects under Real Estate (Regutation and Development) Act,
2016 and related compliances applicable from O1"t May 2OlZ in the state of
Maharashtra, the lirm intent to register its projects with appropriate authority
and do execute necessarjz documents, agreements, forms, authorit5r letters, and
any other related documents from time to time for this purpose.

Further, Mr.Amol S Gavali, partner in Vishwakarma Buildwell Constructionis
hereby authorized to accept, sign, execute, deliver and complete all documents,
agreements and accept & abide by the modifications ald variaLions in any or
