      Agents, Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2OL7.

      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of

           3tl03l20L9 titled Shiv Shakti Row Houses, MahaRERA Regn. No P51600009562
           located at Adgaon Shivar, Nashik.


      ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is T 1,32,89,140 and amounts
           collected till date is T 1,57,19,140.


      iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is { 50,00,000 and amounts
           withdrawn till date is t 69,00,000.                              I
