SUBJECT:      Report on Statement of Accounts on project fund utilization and withdrawal by M/s.
              AMIT BUILDERS with respect to project “Eka Phase II Building F” for the period
              from 01.04.2019 TO 31.03.2020 having Maha RERA Regn Number P51600008507.



   1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
      Development) Act,2016



   2. I have obtained all the necessary information and explanation during the course of our audit,
      which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.




   3. I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the
      relevant records of M/s. AMIT BUILDERS for the period ended 31.03.2020 and hereby certify
      that:




      i. M/s. Amit Builders have completed 82.16% of the project titled “Eka Phase II Building F”
         having Maha RERA Regn No P52100001045 located at S No 1/11/21/31/4 and 1/5, Pathardi
         Nashik at Nashik 422010.


      ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs.24,91,638/- and amounts collected till
          date is Rs. 3,83,24,137/-.
            iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs.24,91,638/- and withdrawn till date is
                 Rs. 3,83,24,137/-.



       4. We certify that M/s. Amit Builders has utilized the amounts collected for “Eka Phase II Building F”
          only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account(s) of the said project
          has been in accordance with the proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
