of Construction Work of One Building situated on the plot bearing Survey No. 792/lA/1 +2+3 Final Plot No.
7 + 8 of Division Nashik Village Nashik Taluka Nashik District Nashik PIN 422002 admeasuring 854.18
sq.mts. being developed by Shreya Properties Pvt. Ltd.

2. Following Technical Professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter: --

(iz1 M/s /Shri/Smt Yogin Kulkarni as Structural Consultant
(iii) M/s /Shri/Smt                   as MEP Consultant

(iv) M/s /Shri/Smt Ganesh Shirsat as Site Supervisor.

3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and to the best
of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that Shreya Heights Building has been completed in all aspects
and is fit for occupancy for which it has been constructed. The Shreya Heights Building is granted Occupancy
Certificate / Completion Certificate bearing number 25662/2020 dated 06/08/2020 by Nashik Municipal
Corporation.
