                         Shreya Properties Pvt. Ltd. for the period from August 2017 to Nov 2018 with respect
                         to Maha-RERA Regn. Number P51600008371

                1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
                   and Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation
                   and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate
                   Agents, Rates ofInterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.
                2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during
                   the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this
                   certificate.
                3. We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
                   documents, and the relevant records of Mis Shreya Properties Pvt. Ltd. for the period
                   ended August 17 to Nov 18 and hereby certify that:
                   i.       Mis Shreya Properties Pvt. Ltd. have completed 85% of the project titled Shreya
                            Heights Maha-RERA Regn. NO.P516000083711ocatedat Nashik.
                   u.       Amount collected during the year FY 2017-2018 for this project is Rs. 59,40,000/-
                            and amounts collected till date (August 17to November 18) is Rs 3,29,91,000/-.
                   iii.      Amount withdrawn during the year FY 2017-2018 for this project is Rs.
                            37,96,240/- and amount withdrawn till date (August 17 to November 18) is Rs.
                            2,30,66,900/-.

                4. We certify that the Mis Shreya Properties Pvt. Ltd. has utilized the amounts collected for
                   August 17 to November 18 project only for that project and the withdrawal from the
                   designated bank accounts of the said project has been in accordance with the proportion
                   to the percentage of completion of the project.
