        percentage of Completion of Construction Work of the 2 Residential Building (s)/ 2 Wing(s)
        of the Phase III Tirupati Garden of the Project, situated on the plot bearing Survey No.
        3913414 of Division Devlali village Bhagur Taluka Nashik District Nashik PIN 422502
        admeasuring 1500.00 sq.mts. Area being developed by Riddhi Siddhi Construction.


        l. Following technical professionals are appointed by owner / promoter:-
           (i) Shri Sheetal Vasant Chougule as Architect : CAl9Bl23B4l
           (i0 Shri Sunil Patel as Structural Consultant : NMC 135
           (iii) Shri Sheetal Vasant Chougule as MEP Consultant
           (iv) Shri Vinod Jayram Yeram as Site Supervisor
        Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and site Supervisor; and
        to the best of my/our knowledge I /we hereby certify that 2 Buildingl 2 wingof the Building
        has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected / re-
        erected/constructed and enlarged. The Tirupati Garden Phase III wing of the Building is
        granted Occupancy Certificate/completion certificate bearing number 3278tBLDlE-8l}l4l
