        1. 'I'his certilicate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
        Development) Act, 201,6 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation
        andDevelopment) (Regishation of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates
        of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules,20L7.

        2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Promoter, during the
        course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

        3.Weherebyconfirmthatwehaveexaminedthe@,booksanddocuments,
        and the relevant records of Pingale Brothers for the period ended 31.03.2021. and hereby certify
        that:

        i. M/s. Pingale Brothers have completed 100% of the project titled EMPIREO HEIGHTS Maha
        RERA Regisrration No. P51500007360 located atS.No.728 /'1,to10,13B to 25A/29, F.P.No.489,
        Plot No.208 at Nashik (M Corp.), Nashik 422007.

        ii. Amount collected during the financial year 2020-21, is Rs. Nil and amounts collected till date
        (Up to 31.03.2021) is Rs.L2,47,34,874 -.
iii.Amount withdrawn during the financial year 2020‑21 for tllis proiect iS Nil and amount

     o Notes to Annual Report:
     1. The project is completed as per Architect certificate in Form No.4 dated 03.03.2020
        uploaded on RERA web portal, however the completion certificate is awaited from
        Nashik Municipal Corporation.
     2. We have also relied on Maharashtra Beal Estate Regulatory Authority (General)
        (Amendment) Regulations, 2019, which states that where Completion Certificate is not
        provided as per local rules, submission of duly filled Form 4 signed by Architect shall
        denote completion of project.
