                         Estimated cost for the calculation of percentage of completion is grven by
                         management.

                   il.   Percentage of completion is calculated as per actual cost incurred as per books of
                         accounts divided by the estimated cost to complete the project.


                   ilL   The project is completed as per Architect certilicate in Form No.4 dated
                         03.03.2020 uploaded on RERA web portal, however the completion certificate is
                         awaited from Nashik Municipal Corporation.
                         We have also relied on Maha RERA General (Amendment) Regulations 2017
                         dated 11.10.2019 stating that "wherever Occupation Certificate / Completion
                         Certificate is not provided as per localrules, submission
                         of duly filled Form 4 signed by Architect shall denote completion of project."
