        l. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and
        Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
        Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest
        and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

        2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Promoter, during the course of
        our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate'

        3. We hereby confirm that we have examined the pfes€ri@ers, books and documents, and the
        relevant records of Sai Anand Builders for the period ended March 2019 and hereby certify that:

        i. M/s. Sai Anand Builders have completed 1007o (till 31.03.2019) of the project titled "Govinda B"
        MahaRERA Registration No. P5l6000O7264located at Plot No 34 Survey No 82/1 At Nasik' 422003-

        ii. Amount collected during the year (2018-19) for this project is In Designated Bank A/c (70% A/c)l
        Rs. 43,50,850/-, (In other than Designated Bank A/c) Rs.18,64,650/-, Total Rs. 62,15,500/- and
        amounts collected till date (Up to 31.03.2019) is Rs. 1,62,76'000/-.

        iii. Amount withdrawn during the year (2018-19) for this project [From Designated Bank A/c (70%
        A/c)f Rs. 43,96,3001-, (From other than specified designated A/c) Rs. 18,64,6501-, Total Rs.
        62,60,950t- and amount withdrawn till date (up to 31.03.2019) is Rs. 1,62,76,000/-.

Notes to Annual Report:

  I     We have conducted our engagement and examination in accordance with standards on Auditing,
        Guidance Note on Reports and Certificates for special purposes and other applicable authoritative
        pronouncements issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. We confirm our
        compliance to all such applicable pronouncements and with the ethical requirements of the Code of
        Ethics issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

  2.    It is the primary responsibility of the management of Sai Anand Builders to prepare, produce and
        maintain all accounting and other relevant supporting records and documents required for the purpose
        of this certificate. This responsibility includes the design, implementation and maintenance of
        necessary and appropriate internal control commensurate with the nature and size of entity.

  3.    We have relied on previous year report for reporting the percentage of work completed.

  4.    The Promoter has obtained Occupancy certificate from office of the Nashik Municipal Corporation
        dated 09.08.201 9. The copy of the same is attached herewith.
