2.    t have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the firm, during the course of our audit,
      which in my opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3.    I hereby confirm that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and the relevant
      records of Gokul Infrastructure [Promoter] for the period ended 3Lst March 20L8 and hereby certify that:

        i.    M/s. Gokul tnfrastructure [Promoter] has completed 85.37% of the project titled "Gokul 1" having
              MahaRERA Regn. No. P51500007108 located at Plot No. 20, 2I &22, S. No.58/38, Gangapur Shiwar,

      2. For purpose of preparation of this certificate, we have verified and taken into account transaction for the
             period starting from 01-04-20t7 till 31-03-2018.

      3.     Project completion percentage is calculated on the basis of amount of cost incurred till 31-03-201g with
             the total estimated cost of the project as certified by the management.

      4. Amount collected during the year represents tOO% of the booking amount received in the
                                                                                                separate          RERA
             account maintained with the bank.
