No. 158/1 was made and new pot hissa 158/lA recorded in the name ofKashinath Gopat Lamkhade and other purchaser and pot hissa 158/ lB recorded in the name of Kashinath Gopal Lamkhade vide M.E. No. 25189. It seem that on 12/1111993 the owner Kashinath Gopal Lamkhade sold by eight Sale Deed (each Sale Deed area 0H. 44.80R.) to Celesta Co-op. ousing Society and hence name of purchaser recorded vide \r M.E. No. 31445 in the year 1994. It seem that on 30/09/ 1995 the holder Kashinath Gopal Lamkhade died and his legal heirs name Smt.
