1) This certificate is issued in accordance with provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
      and Development) Act, 2016 read along with the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation
      and Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate
      Agents, Rates of lnterest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2OL7.


2l We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company,
      during the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of
      this certificate.


3) We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and
      documents, and the relevant records of M/s. Patani Shah Associates for the period
      ended tll02l2020 and hereby certify that:


      i) M/s. Patani Shah Associates has completed 100% of the project fll Ltl02l2O2O
          titled Siddhi Elite, MahaRERA Regn. No P51500005829 located at lndira Nagar,
           Nashik.


      ii) Amount collected during the year for this project is { 3,16,46,000 and amounts
           collected till date is T 417,26,000.


      iii) Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is7 2,87,43,941and amounts
          withdrawn till date is { 3,88,13,370.
