4. That seventy per cent of thc amounts rcalised by me for thlr real estate project from the allottees. from
time to time, shall be depositcd in a separate account to be maintained in a scheduled bank to cover the
cosl ofconstruction and !he land cost and shall be uscd only for thal purpose.

5. That the amounts from the separate account, to cover the cost of the project, shall be withdrawn in
proportion to the percentage ofcompl€tion ofthe project.

6- That the amounts from the separate account shall be withdrawn afler it is certified by an engineer. an
architect and a chartered accountant in practice that the withdrawal is in proportion to the percentage of
completion of thc pro_ject.


7. Ihat I/ promoter shall get the accounls audited within six months aticr thc cnd ofevcry financial ycar
by a chartered accountant in praclice. and shall produce a statcmcnt of accounts duly ccnificd and signcd
by such chartered accountant and il shall bc vcriflcd during the audit thal the amounts colle'ctcd for a
particular project have bcen uliliscd for the proiccl and thc withdra$,al has bccn in compliancc with thc
proportion to the percentage ofcompletion ofthc proiect.


8. That I shall takc all the pending approvals on time. from the competent authorities.



9. That I have furnished such other documents as have been prescribed by the rules and regulations made
under th€ Act.

10. That I shall not discriminate against any allottee at the time of allotment of any apartment. plot or
building. as the case may be. on any grounds.
