Estate Project proposed to be registered under Maha RERA.being one building situated on

Plot bearing Survey N0.15/(PART), Final Plot No.15+16 of Devision NASHIK village NASHIK

Taluka-NASHIK,District-NASHIK,PIN-422004, admeasuring 599.00 ruts area being developed

(iii) Mr.Bhushan shintreas Quantity Surveyor




2. We have estimated the cost of the completion to obtain Occupation Certificate Completion

Certificate, of the Ovil.MEP and Allied works, of the Building of the project our estimated cost

Calculations are based on the Drawings plan made available to us for the project under

Reference by the Developerand Consultants and the schedule of items and quantity for the

Entire work as calculated by Mr.Bhushan shintre quantity Surveyor* appointed by

Developers nd the site Inspection earned out by us.




3.We estimate Total Estimated cost of completion of the building of the aforesaid project

Reference to the Civil MEP and allied work required to be completed for the purpose

Of obtaining occuportlon certificate/completion certificate for the building from the Nashlk

Municipal Corporation Nashlk Maharashtra being the planning Authority under justification
