(Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates of Interest and
Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017'

2. We have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the
course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

3. We hereby confirm that We have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents,
the relevant records of M/S. SHtLpA ESTATES for the period ended 31.03.2019and hereby certify
that:
i. M/S SHILpA ESTATES (Promoter) have completed 50% of the project titled EMPTRE MARVEL Regn.
No.P51500004867 located at

 ii. Amount colf ected during the year for this project isRs.4,77,34,522 l- and amount collected till
 date (31.03.2019) since inception is Rs.7,92,35,235l-

  iii. Amount withdrawn during the year for this project is Rs.4,84,43,794 /- and amount withdrawn
 till date (31.03.2019) since inception is Rs.6,93,27,285 /-.

 4. We certify that the M/s. sHtLpA ESTATES has utilized the amounts the amounts collected for
 EMptRE MARVEL only for that project and the withdrawal from the designated bank account
