         and Development) Act, 2016 read a.longwith the Maharashtra Real Estate (Regulation and
         Development) (Registration of Real Estate Projects, Registration of Real Estate Agents, Rates
         of Interest and Disclosures on Website) Rules, 2017.

         2. We have obtained all necessary information and explanation from the Company, during
         the course of our audit, which in our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

         3. We hereby confirm that we have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents,
         and the relevant records of ARHA COITSTROTECH PVT.LTD,[Promoter] for the year ended
         3lst March , 2O2O and hereby certify that:

           i. M/S.ARHAM CONSTROTECH PVT.I]TD. (Promoter) have completed 100% of the project
                 titled RAUAr PARI( -PHASE-I MahaRERA Regn. No.P516OOq)4598 located at
                 S.NO.16/ 14, Plot No. 8,9, Yeola- 423401 Dist.Nashik. We have relied on certificate issued
                 by Architect of the project.


           ii. Amount collected during the year for this project is Rs                  18,32,625/ - and amounts
                 collected till date i.e. 31.03.2020is Rs. 49,51,750/-.
