      That l/ promoterhave,/hasa legaltitle Reportto the land on whichthe
      development  of the projectis proposed
      Thatthe projectlandis free from all encumbrances.
      That the time periodwithin whichthe projectshallbe completedby the
      promoter will be six monthsfrom the date of registrationof project;
      Forongoingprojecton the dateof commencement      of the Act
(i)   That seventy  per cent of the amountsto be realisedhereinafterby
      me/promoter for the real estate project from the allottees,from time to
      time, shall be depositedin a separateaccountto be maintainedin a
      scheduledbank to coverthe cost of constructionand the land cost and
      shallbe usedonlyfor that purpose.
5.    That the amounts from the separateaccount shall be withdrawn in
      accordance with Ruleno. 5
6.    That l/ the promotershallget the accountsauditedwithin six months
      afterthe end of everyfinancialyearby a practicing CharteredAccountant,
      and shall  produce a statementof accountsduly certifiedand signedby
      such practicingCharteredAccountant,and it shallbe verifiedduringthe
      auditthat the amountscollectedfor a particularprojecthavebeenutilised
      for the project and the withdrawalhas been in compliancewith the
      proportionto the percentage  of completionof the project.
      That | /the promotershalltake all the pendingapprovalson time,from the
      comoetentauthorities.
      That l/ the promotershallinformthe Authorityregardingall the changes
      that haveoccurredin the informationfurnishedunder sub-section     (2) of
      section4 of the Act and underrule 3 ofthese rules,within sevendavsof
      the saidchanges occurring.
      That | / the promoterhave/ hasfurnishedsuchother documentsas have
      beenprescribed  by the rulesand regulationsmadeunderthe Act.
