Gut No. 162, of Division Nashik, Village Pimpri Saddroddin, Taluka Igaptpuri,
District Nashik, PIN 422403 admeasuring 1252.56 sq. mtrs. area being
developed by M/s. S. D. Bhalerao Constructions Pvt. Ltd.

3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site
   Engineer; and to the best of my/our knowledge I/We hereby certify that
   “Padmavati Nagari”, Building No. 1, A & B Wing of the Project has been
   has been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which is has
   been       erected/re-erected/constructed                  and     enlarged.      The   “Padmavati
   Nagari”, Building No. 1, A & B Wing of the Project is granted Occupancy
   Certificate dated 25/02/2020 by Pimpri Saddrodin Grampanchayat, Taluka
   Iagatpuri, Dist. Nashik.
