authorized a s Promoter to submit Affidavit c u m Declaration for the
Project "Padmavati Nagari, Bldg. No. 1 (A &, B Wing)", situated a t plot
Nos. 1 5 to 18 8L 3 5 to 38, Gut No. 162, of Division Nashik, Village
Pimpri Saddroddin, Taluka Igaptpuri, District Nashik, PIN 422403.


I, the Promoter of the project viz. "Padmavati Nagari, Bldg. No. 1 (A & B
Wing)", do here by solemnly declare, undertake and state as under:


1.   That "Padmavati Nagari, Hldg. No. 1 (A &, B Wing)" h a s a legal title
     on the land on which the re-development of the prqject is proposed.
     I/the Promoter enclose the authenticated copy of title Certificate of
     Advocate Mr. Anand P. Dawalkar dated 3 1/ 12/20 12.


2.   That the project land is free from all encumbrances.


3.   That the project. shall be completed on or before 311 12/2018.


     That hundred percent of the amounts to be realized hereinafter by
     u s for the real estate project from the Allottee/s, from time to time,
     shall be deposited in a separate account to be maintained in a
     scheduled bank to cover the cost of construction a n d the land cost
     and shall be used for the that purpose, since the estimated
     receivable of the project is less than the estimated cost of
     completion of the project.

5.   That the 2mounts form the separate account shall be withdrawn in
     accordance with Rule 5.


6.   That I/the Promoter shall get the accounts audited within six
     months after the end of eren- financial year bj- a practicing
     Chartered Accountant, and it shall be verified during the audit
     the amounts collected for a particular project have been utili
     the project a n d the witlidrawal has been ill compliance wi
     proportion to the percentage of complcr-ion of the project.

8.   That I/the Promotcr shall inform the Authority regarding all the
