TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

   1. All the payments shall be made by CHEQUE /DD / RTGS/NEFT in favour of BHAMARE
       BUILDERS .
    2. Stamp duty, registration fees ,legal charges etc. for registration of agreement to sale & deed of apartment
        etc shall be paid by purchaser.
    3. In case of cancellation for any reason what so ever then the amount paid by the Allottee against the said
        booking shall be returned within 30 days from date of cancellation of booking.
    4. For detailed terms & conditions Agreement To Sale should be refered. It is binding on the both parties.
    5. That the allottee shall make all payment to the promoter from his own account .
