Completion of Construction Work of ‘ARYA APARTMENT' Building situated on the Plot No.35, bearing
Survey no. 157 / 4, Lamkhede Mala, Tarwala Nagar, Dindori road, Panchavati of Division Nashik, village
Nashik, taluka Nashik, District Nashik, PIN 422003, admeasuring 372.47 Sq.mts. area being developed
by Promoter Shri Purushottam M. Rampariya.

2. Following technical professionals are appointed by Owner / Promoter:-
(i) Shri Ramesh Rampariya as an Architect;
(ii) Shri Ramesh Rampariya as Structural Consultant.
(iii) M/s / Shri / Smt ________________________as MEP Consultant.
(iv) Shri Deepak Rampariya as Site Supervisor.

3. Based on Completion Certificate received from Structural Engineer and Site Supervisor; and
to the best my/our knowledge. I/We hereby certify that ‘ARYA APARTMENT' Building has
been completed in all aspects and is fit for occupancy for which it has been erected / constructed
and enlarged. The ‘ARYA APARTMENT' building is applied for granting Occupancy
Certificate / Completion Certificate on dated 30.05.2018 to Nashik Municipal Corporation
(Local Planning Authority).
