   A. Name of the Promoter/ organization- Shree Sai Developers.

   B. Project: Capetown Villas, plot bearing survey no 224/1 /2, at lgatpuri (MCI),
      lgatpuri, Nashik-422403.

1. We are aware that as per section 4(2) (c & d) of RERA act. 2016, read with Rules
& Regulations made there under, an authenticated copy of approvals and
commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained
from the Planning Authority/ Competent Authority.

2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Assistant Director of Town
Planning , Nashik on 28/10/2016 for Development of Villas at survey no 224/1 /2, at
lgatpuri (MCI), lgatpuri, Nashik-422403.

3. Also. the commencement certificate plans are approved by lgatpuri Municipal
Council on 19/01/2017. Further commencement certificate is granted up to T +3 Floors ·
(Out of approved T +3 Floors).
