  1. This certificate is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation
     and Development) Act, 20l6.

  2. I have obtained all the necessary information and explanation from the Company, during the
     course of our audit, which in my/our opinion are necessary for the purpose of this certificate.

  3. I, hereby confirm, that I have examined the prescribed registers, books and documents, and
     the relevant records of Shweta Infrastructure & Housing (I) Pvt. Ltd. for the period ended
     and hereby certify that;

     i       M/s. Shweta Infrastructure has completed 42.33% of the project titled Samraat
             Symphony (Project – II) having MahaRERA Regn. No. P51600002742 located at
             Plot No. 84, Survey No. 899/1, 899/2/1, 899/3/1/84, Nagar Nagare, Nashik –
             422009.

     ii.     Amount collected for this project during F.Y. 2017-18 is ` 25,89,574/- and amount
             collected till 31.03.2018 is ` 77,42,268/-.

     iii.    Amount withdrawn during F.Y. 2017-18 is ` 25,89,574/- and amount withdrawn till
             31.03.2018 is ` 77,42,268/-.
        4. I certif,, that IWs. Shweta Infrastructure & Housing (I) h/t. Ltd. has utilized the amounts
           collected for Samraat Symphony @roject - II) only for the said project and the withdrawals
             from the designated bank account(s) of the said project have been in accordance with the
             proportion to the percentage of completion of the project.
