                            DECLARATION
I, Saleem Ahmed Khan, Partner of M/S Aurathrone Infra, having its registered
address at Plot 4/5, Azad Chowk, Kiradpura, Cidco Road, Chhatrapati
Sambhajinagar - 431003, For the Project : PMAY(U)- Sundarwadi 9 do hereby
declare as follows:
  1. That the Commencement Certificate bearing Number 171/2024-25,
     dated 14/02/2025, has been issued in the name of Chhatrapati
     Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation, as the Municipal Corporation is
     the rightful owner of the said land.
  2. However, the developer, M/S Aurathrone Infra, possesses the
     development rights over the said land by virtue of an agreement and
     Work Order No. AMC/PMAY/258/2023, dated 15/12/2023, a copy of
     which is attached herewith for reference.
