                                 Declaration-Cum-Undertaking
    I Saleem Ahmed Khan adult, Indian inhabitant, the Designated partner of
    M/S Aurathrone Infra having my office at plot no 4/5, Cidco Road, Azad
    Chowk, Kiradpura, Aurangabad - 43lOO2, and I do hereby on solemnly
    affirmation state, deciare and undertake as Under:
    1) I Saleem Ahmed Khan declare that I, as promoter have applied for
    registration of my real estate project PMAY(UI - Sundarwadi 9 with MahaRERA
    vide application dated 26 / 02 | 2025.

    2) I Saleem Ahmed Khan declare that the application for registration of the
    real estate project named PMAY(UI - Sundarwadi 9 is to be undertaken on
    land bearing Gut no. 9, Mauje Sundarwadi, Chhatrapati
    Sambhajinagar Admeasuring 18366.51 Sq. Mtrs hereinafter referred to
    as the "project land".


   Note: The clause below shall be applicable for real estate projects in layout
   development where MahaRERA registration is sought for respectlve
   butlding(s) under different project registratlon numbers.
   3) I Saleem Ahmed Khan, declare and undertake that as on the date of
   submission of our application dated 26/0212025 for registration of the real
estate project, PMAY(ul - Sundarwadi 9 , there is/are no subsisting pending
application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s) by
whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land, pait Gereof or

there is/are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called, iegistered with
MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof and that the
plans as approved by the competent Authority in respect of the real estate
project, PMAY(U)'- sundarwadi 9, for which the application is submitted
for registration does not amend/modify/detete/alter, the common / specia_t
amenities such as recreation / playground, parking, internal road(s),'club
house, rymnasium, swimming pool, play area (list not exhaustive) as the case
may be, provided to the real estate projects in the layout already registered to
be registered with MahaRERA as well as the public amenities such as amenlty
plot, built up amenity, other public reservations {list not exhaustive) as the
case may be, as approved by the Competent Authority / Government of
Maharashtra.
4) I Saleem Ahmed Khan solemnly state, declare and undertake that the
contents of this Declaration-cum-undertaking are true, correct and binding
upon me' as well as M/s Aurathrone Infra the promoter of the real estate
project PMAY(UI - Sundarwadi 9.
