          our partnership firm developing a project Named pMAy(U) _
          Tisgaon 225 B on the landed property forming Gut no. 22StL
          part, Mauje Tisgaon, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

                As required by Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory
         Authority regarding report from CERSAI, we hereby undertake
         that, on our Project Named pMAy(U) - Tisgaon 225 B on the
         landed property forming Gut no. 221ll part, Mauje Tisgaon,
         Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. We have:

         a. No security interest has been created in the project
         b. As and when there are any changes, we sha_ll submit updated
         CERSAI Reports on Security Interests created
         c' The CERSAI reports submitted should be generated within l0
         days from the date of submission.

         we further undertaken that we will immediately inform and comply
         with the necessary formalities under CERSAI and MAHARERA
         whenever any Security Interest is created on said project.
