We the undersigned Partners and Authorized signatory, 01. Mr. Vijay Ramdas
Sakkaryvar and 02. Mr. Balaji Chandrabhan Patil of MIS M S M Infra would like to bring
to your attention that there is no security interest charged on the said Land situated
at Gut No. 02 (Part), Nanakwadi, Taluka & District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
(Aurangabad),    on which the Project "Rajgad -Swarej Nagar" is proposed to be
constructed, and as a result, there is no C_ERSAlreportavailable for the project.
We assure you that the land is free from any security interest
      a. No security interest has been created in the project and land situated at Gut
         No. 02 (Part), Nanakwadi, Taluka & District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
         (Aurangabad)
      b. As and when there are any changes situated at Gut No. 02 (Part), Nanakwadi,
         Taluka & District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), we shall submit
         updated CERSAIReport on security interest created to the MahaRERA.


We further undertake that we will immediately inform and comply with the necessary
formalities under CERSAIand MahaRERA whenever any security interest is created on
the said project
