2) Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
   (Aurangabad)      Town      Planning     Municipal      Corporation    (Planning

3)Also, the Commencement Certificate/Building Plans are Approved by District
  Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation ((Planning authority/Competent
  authority) on 03rd May, 2024. Further commencement certificate is granted up to 2
 floors. (Out of approved total 2 floors)

 Total sanctioned FSIof the project applied for registration of the project is 7859.80 Sq
 Mts.
