                         Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

1. I Mr. Vijay Ramdas Sakkarwar adult, Indian inhabitant, the Partner having my office
   at Gut No. 02 (Part), situated at Nanakwadi, Taluka & District Chhatrapati
   Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and
   undertake as under:
   1) I say and declare that I, being the Partner and Authorized signatory of Mis. M S
      M Infra have applied on behalf of Promoter, i.e. the said legal entity, Mis. M SM
      Infra, for registration of the real estate project, "Rajgad-Swaraj Nagar" with
      MahaRERAvide application dated 01/09/2024
  2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
     named "Rajgad-Swaraj Nagar" isto be undertaken on land situated at Gut No.
     02 (Part), situated at Nanakwadi, Taluka & District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
     (Aurangabad) admeasuring 8100Sq.Mtrshereinafter referred as "Project land".
     Note: The clause below shall be applicable for real estate projects which are
     standalone building/ buildings for which MahaRERAregistration is sought under
     single project registration number.

  3) I say,declare and undertake that as on the date of submissionof our application
     dated 01/09/2024 for registration of the real estate project, "Rajgad-Swaraj
     Nagar", there is no subsistingpending application submitted to MahaRERAfor
     registration of real estate project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken
     on the project land/ part thereof is/ are no real estate project(s) by whatever
     name called, registered with MahaRERAbeing executed on the project land/
     part thereof.

  4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-
     cum-Undertaking are true, correct and building upon me, as well as the
     promoter "Mr. Vijay Ramdas Sakkarwar", of the real estate project, "Rajgad-
     Swaraj Nagar".
