           PROMOTER'S SELF UNDERTAKING REGARDING NON - CREATION
                           OF SECURITY INTEREST

          I/We, Saleem Ahmed Khan, designated partner of M/S Sahakar
          JV,' having office at Plot no 4/5, Cidco Road, Azad Chowk,
          Kiradpura, Aurangabad - 431OO1 and I do hereby declare that
          our partnership firm developing a Project Named PMAy(Ul -
          Tisgaon 225 A on the landed property forming Gut no. 2251L
          part, Mauje Tisgaon, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

                 As required by Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory
          Authority regarding report from CERSAI, we hereby undertake
          that, on our Project Named PMAY(U) - Tisgaon 225 A on the
          landed property forming Gut no. 2251L part, Mauje Tlsgaon,
          Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. We have:

          a. No security interest has been created in the project
          b. As and when there a-re any changes, we shall submit updated
          CERSAI Reports on Security Interests created
          c. The CtrRSAI reports submitted should be generated within 10
          days from the date of submission.

          We further undertaken that we will immediately inform and comply
          with the necessary formalities under CtrRSAI and MAHARERA
          whenever any Security Interest is created on said project.
          Hence this undertakins.
