   PROMOTER'S SELF UNDERTAKING REGARDINGNON - CREATION
                          OFSECURITY INTEREST

  I' Gopal Balaprasad Ajmera, In the capacity of Proprietor of the
 project ABK AURIX having office at Plot no. 52, N-3, Cidco,
 Near High Court, Aurangabad do hereby declare that I am
 developing a Project Named ABK AURIX on the landed property
 forming Gut no. 22/Part, Mauje Shahnoorwadi, Aurangabad
 (MH)-431005.

        As required by Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory
Authority regarding report from CERSAI, we hereby undertake
that, on our Project Named ABK AURIX on the landed property
forming Gut no. 22/ Part, Mauje Shahnoorwadi, Aurangabad
(MH)-431005. Ihave;
a. No security interest has been created in the project
b. As and when there are any changes, we shall submit updated
CERSAI Reports on Security Interests created
c. The CERSAI reports submitted should be generated within 10
days from the date of submission.

 Wefurther undertaken that we will immediately inform and comply
with the necessary formalities under CERSAI and MAHARERA
whenever any Security Interest is created on said project.
Hence this undertaking.
