              Development) Act, 2016, promote$ are required to open a sepamte account in a scheduied bank to lbr ihe
              purpose of depositing seventy percent of the amorults realised lor the real estate project ftom the allottees,
              from lime ro rime.

                      deposited in this bankaccounl;

                      compliance with Section 4(2X1XD) of the Act, Rule 5 of the Rules, Regulation 3 of the Regulations,
