3.        Also the commencement certificate / Building plans are approved by City And
         Industrial Development Corporation Of Maharashtra Limited on 03/07/2023 (Date) Ref
         No. CIDCO/ATPO/BP/WLJ/2023/104 Further Commencement certificate is
         granted as per below ch art.
