CIDCO, Waluj Mahanagar,Aurangabad-431001.hereby declare that there is not
any finanial encumbrance on proposed project namely PARVATI HILLS. We have
not obtained any financialassistance secured / unsecured on this project so there
is absolutely not any financial Encumbrance / obligation.
