  We, Sai Laxmi Buildcon developer of the proposed project "18 Laxmi Elites"
  3BHK row house project suited at Gut No. 214, Plot 80, 81, 82, 83, 86, 87, 8g
  & 89, Gururaj Nagar, Satara Parisar, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad).
  Do herby solemnly declare, undertake and state as under.



      1. A legally valid authentication of title of such land along with an
          authenticated copy of the agreement between such owner and promoter for
          development of the real estate project is enclosed herewith


      2. That the project land is free frorn all encunrbrances. There are no any Bank
          Charges, Mortgage charges on said Land.



      3. We hereby declare that said land is free from all kind of Encumbrance.

      4. The time period within which the project shall be completed by us is
          3l/1212026 from the date of registration projecr.
