    CERIFICATE OF DEVIATION REPORT WITH RESPECTTO MODEL COPY OF AGREEMENT




I, the under signed, Mr. Kiran Patil, Authorized Signatoryof, M/s. Aakash GangaDevelopershereby
declareand certify that I possessexclusive development rights of the property situated at Gut no 20,
Nakshtrawadi,Aurangabad, District: Aurangabad,431005 on which our housing project name and
styled as 'Aakash Ganga Phase-II' is going on. We have already obtained all the necessary
sanctions from competent authorities. In this project we will construct total 12Units [Type of
Property - Flats and Row House] only.

I further declare that there will be no Deviation in the Agreement to Sale Format of
MAHARERA and in our project Agreement to sale. We are using Format Prescribed by
MAHARERA.

I Mr. Kiran Patil, Authorized Signatory of MIs. Aakash Ganga Developers duly authorized by
MIs. Aakash Ganga Developers as Authorized Signatory for the project and we do hereby
solemnly declare, that there is no deviation in Agreement to Sale as compared to the model
Agreement to Sale.

This declaration is issued for Registration under MahaRera Act, 2016.
