I, the under signed, Mr. Kiran Patil , Authorized Signatory of, M/s. Aakash Ganga Developers
hereby declare and certify that I possess exclusive development rights of the property
situated at CSI CTSI Survey no 20, Nakshtrawadi , Aurangabad, District: Aurangabad, 431005
on which our housing project name and styled as Aakash Ganga Phase II is going on. We
have already obtained all the necessary sanctions from competent authorities. In this project
we will construct total 12 Units [Type of Property - Row House & Flats] only.

I further declare and confirm that there is no deviation with respect to Allotment Letter &
that all the Allotment Letter shall be issued according to the Model Copyof Allotment Letter.

I, Mr. Kiran Patil , Authorized Signatory of MIs. Aakash Ganga Developers duly authorized by
MIs. Aakash Ganga Developers as Authorized Signatory for the project and we do hereby
solemnly declare, that there is no deviation in our allotment letter as compared to the model
allotment letter.
