B. Name of Project – ‘Aakash Ganga - Phase II’ with CS/CTS/Survey No.20(P),
   of Mouje -Nakshtrawadi, Taluka Aurangabad, District Aurangabad.

     1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA Act, 2016,
        read with Rules & Regulations made there under, a authenticated
        copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan
        and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority/
        Competent Authority.
     2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout plan approval from Assistant
        Director of Town Planning, Aurangabad Municipal Corporation
        (Planning Authority) on 21/02/2022 for Gut No.20(P) Situated at
        Mouje- Nakshtrawadi and housing plan approval from Town
        Planning Department, Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad (Planning
        Authority) on 21/02/2022 for housing of Phase II- Row “C” (Ground
        Floor + 1 Floor ) at Gut No.20(P).
     3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans as already
        approved by Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (Planning/Competent
        Authority) dated 21/02/2022 are already uploaded under document
        section of this project while registration. Further, commencement
        certificate is granted upto Ground Floor + 1 Floor for all row houses of
        Row “C”. Form Appendix-F dated 06.11.2023 granted to Building –
        Row “C” (Gr.+1 Floor) is also uploaded.

        As the entire project has received its approval for commencement, hence, the
        requirement of this clause is NOT APPLICABLE as no further approvals are pending.
