AMARPRASAD JAISWAL, is the Promoter of the proposed Residential
'PARAM CASA ROYAL" hence this form is duly signed by Mr' AKSHAY
AMARPRASAD JAISWAL Age: 44, occ. Business, having Registered
                                                              office at
plot No 6, Lilasons charitable Trust Building, opp. walking Plaza, Shilp
Nagar, RTO Railway Station Road, Aurangabad, Maharashtra' we are
promoters of the proposed project, situated at Gut NO 'l2lPart' Shahnoorwadi'
Tq&DistGhhatrapatisambhajiNagar'Maharashtra,andpromotersofthe
proposed project do hereby solemnly declare, undertake and state as under:


l.ThatthePromoterhavethelegaltitleReporttothelandonwhichthe
      development of the project is proposed'
2.    That the proiect land is free from all encumbrances'
J.    That the time period within which the proiect shall be completed by
      me/promoter from the date of registration of project; 31-12-2028
4.(a)ThatSeventypercentoftheamountstoberealisedhereinafterby
       promoter for the real estate project from the allottees, from time to time, shall
       bedepositedinaSeparateaccounttobema|ntainedinascheduledbankto
                                                                            only for that
       cover the cost of constructlon and the land cost and shall be used
       purpose.
 5. That the amounts from the separate account shall be withdrawn in
       accordance with Rule 5
 6.Thatlithepromotershallgettheaccountsauditedwithinsixmonthsafter
    theendofeveryfinancialyearbyapracticingCharteredAccountant,and
    shall produce a statement of accounts duly certified and signed by such
       practicingCharteredAccountant,anditshallbeverifiedduringtheauditthat
       theamountscollectedforaparticularprojecthavebeenutilisedforthe
       projectandthewithdrawalhasbeenincompliancewiththeproportiontothe
       percentage of completion of the project'
     7. That the promoter shall take all the pending approvals on time' from the
        competent authorities and update the same'
     8.ThatthepromotershallinformtheAuthorityregardingallthechangesthat
                                                                         (2) of section 4
         have occurred in the information furnished under sub-section
    of the Act and under rule 3 of these rules, within seven days of the said
    changes occurring.
o   That l/ the promoter have / has furnished such other documents as have
    been prescribed by the rules and regulations made under the Act.
10. That l/the promoter shall not discriminate against any allottee at the time of

    allotment of any apartment.
