workmanship as per prescr1bed specifications, & as per NBC and/or other relevant code of
practice


       INPUT MATERIALS,FIXTURES &FITTINGS

1/We hereby certfy that al Construction material Fixtures and Fittngs with regard to the
floonng Electrncal Santary Fittings etc and amenities to be provided tby the Promoter in the
said project buiding and the Apartment as are as per specifications mentioned in Annexure E
of Agreerment to Sale

For those terms where no specification have been mentoned in Agreerment of Sale the
Maternais Futures and Fittings used conform to the relevant BIS Standard IS Natonai
Buiding Codes or as per industry Standards
       [(2)    WORKMANSHIP

       I/We hereby certify that the work has been carried out under our supervision. We further certify
    that workmanship and quality is satisfactory and up to the mark and the work has been
   acceptable within the permissible limits of deviation as per relevant code of practice.
   (3)        STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

   Promoters have engaged structural engineer M/s Core Consultant having License No.
   DDMCB/R/2021/APUO1489 Dated 22.09.2021 having Office Address.- CITICARE HOSPITAL,
   NEW OSMANPURA, Aurangabad. Cell No :- 8805121122

  The structural design of buildings in this Project has been done under his supervision. The
  formwork and concrete mix design has been done as per IS 10262:2009 or as per other
  relevant codes as applicable. His periodic checks and certificates for STABILITY and
  SAFETY have been kept on record.

  [5]         PRESERVATION OF RECORDS

 Record of all test results of this Project have been properly kept in the prescribed format and
 be preserved at least up to the Defect Liability Period or for the                              will
                                                                    period as required by any other
  provisionof Law.

 Please specify deviation in quality of materials or any other item of work
                                                                            which were not
 conforming to the specifications as mentioned in Agreement of Sale.
