 1.     We are aware that as per section a [l @ & d) of RERA act,2016, read with Rules &
        Regulations made there under. a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
       certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
       Authority / Competent Authority.

2.     Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from "Aurangabad Municipal
       Corporation" (Planning authority) on Date- 16th December, 2022. for. Building
       including Parking Floon Typical II Floor, Typical III,IV and V Floor.

3.     Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans ffie approved by 'oAurangabad
       Municipal Corporation" (Planning authority/Competent Authority) on Date- 03,'d
       October, 2022 Ftrther, commencement certificate is granted up to Parking Floor,
       Typical II Floor, Typical III, IV and V Building inc[uding Parking Floor, Typical II
       Floo4 Typical III, IV and V Floor. (Out of approved total 05 (Five) Habitable Floors).

4.     Further, commencement certificate lapprovals, as and when approved will be uploaded
       under document section of this project immediately.
