    3.   Also, the Commencement Certificate/Building Plans are approved by Chhatrapati Sambhaji
         Nagar Municipal Corporation Chhatrapati Sambhalinagar (Planning Authority / Competent
         Authority) on 2110612023. Further, Commencement Certificate is granted up to G + 7
         H abitable    Floors.
