               1. We are aware that as per section [2](c & d) of RERA Act,'2016, read with Rules &
                  Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and
                   commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout required to be obtained from
                   the planning authority/ competent authority

               2. Accordingly, we have obtained Building Permission /layout approval from
                   Aurangabad Municipal Corporation Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar)
                   (Planning Authority) on14th October 2022. For Residential Buildingfor G+2 and
                   P+6 Floors. Vide Ref Parvana Kra. 17612022-23 File No. 12111712022-23

               3. Also, the Commencement Certificate/Building Plans a're approved by Aurangabad
                   Municipal Corporation Aurangabad(Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar) (Planning
                   Authority/Competent Authority) on 1411012022. Further, Commencement Certificate
                   is granted up to G+2and P+6 Habitable Floors.
