     3. Also, the commencement certificate/building plans are approved by Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal
         Corporation Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Planning Authority/Competent Authority) on l8/10/2021. Further,
         Commencement certificate is granted up to G + 4 Habitable Floors.
