Constructions)

B. Name of Project: "Moti Grand City phade - 1", Gut No. 63/p, Vi age padegaon, Tal. & Dist.
Aurangabad - 431002



 1.    We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA Act, 2016, read with Rutes &
       Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
       certiflcate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the planning
       Authority / Competent Authority.

 2.     Accordingly, we have Approved Layout and Building PIan from Town planning
                                               -
       Authority, Aurangabad for Building A Row House No. 1 to 14, Building B Row    -
       House No. 15 to 28 and Building C - Row House No. 29 to 32. These 32 Row Houses
       consists of Ground + 1 Floor each.

 3. Also, the commencement certificate is obtained from Aurangabad Municipal Corporation
       on 21.1O.2O22 for Building A - Row House No. 1 to 14, Building B - Row House No.
       '15 to 28 and Building C
                                  - Row Hquse No.29 to 32. Further, commencement certificate
       is granted up to plinth out of Ground + 1 Floor.
