This is declare that Name of project " One World Phase 1" situated at CTS
No.16315, Pratapnagar / Shahnoorwadi, Chatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)
District Chatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) 431005 has been sanction by the
Chatrapati Sambhajingar Municipal Corporation on 08/03/2023.

The club house and lift & Staircase is the part of the project and however the same
building is not saleable and same is to be handed over to Association or Society after
completion of the project. However the FSI area to the extent of 2739.07 Sq. Mtrs. has
been consumed for construction of the same.

As per the current UDCPR Rules the developer is constructing the Club House and Lift
/ Staircase as a part of the entire project " One World Phase 1" and same has been
considered in project " One World Phase 1".

Hence, this declaration.
