          Also, the Commencement Certificate/ Building Plans are approved by Chhatrapati
           Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Planning Authority/
           Competent Authority) on 2110212023. Further, Commencement Certificate is granted up to G
           and G+1 Habitable Floors.
