B. Name of Project: Aryan llills at Plot No. 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 and 50, Gut No. 34711, Satar^,
Taluka and District Aurangabad - 431002

  1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA Act, 2016, read with Rules & Regulations
      made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement cedificate, sanctioned
      plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.

  2. Accordingly, we have Approved Layout approval and Building Plan from Town Planning
      Authority, Aurangabad for 22 Row Houses of 2 Floors each

  3. Also, the commencement certificate is obtained from Aurangabad Municipal Corporation on
     23.02.2021 and further extended fll 20.02.2024. Further, commencement certificate is granted
      up to plinth level out of 2 Habitable Floors.

  4. Further, commencement certiflcate/ approvals, as and when approved will be uploaded under
      document section ofthis project immediately
